The NAS can also help employers with the recruitment, training and retention of staff with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD), offering advice, support and training to managers and their teams. More information here

Employer Recruitment Incentive (ERI) provides employers with a financial contribution to the additional costs of recruiting and supporting unemployed young people with additional challenges into work. This initiative is open to any employer in any sector and employers will also be offered support from an expert agency in addition to funding.
